" అంగరంగ వైభవంగా జరిగింది , గౌలిగూడ శ్రీ రామ ఆలయం నుండి ప్రారంభమైన
యాత్రకి ప్రజలనుండి అనూహ్య స్వాగతం లభించింది దాదాపు అరవై వేల ద్విచక్ర
వాహనాలో లక్షకి పైగా భజరంగీలు ఈ యాత్రలో పాలోనడం జరిగింది

ముగింపు సమావేశం లో మాననీయ ప్రవీణ్ భాయి తొగాడియ ప్రసంగిస్తూ ఈ దేశం హిందు
వ్యతిరేక దేశం గా మారబోతుందని అప్పుడు ప్రపంచ వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న హిందువులకు
రక్షణ లేకుండా పోతుంది , మన రాజకీయ నాయకులు తమ స్వార్ధానికి హిందు
సమాజాన్ని పణంగా పెడుతున్నారు అలాంటి వారికి సామాజిక , ఆర్ధిక భాహిష్కరణ
చేయాలి , వారిని హిందు ఉత్సవాలకు ఆహ్వానించొద్దు అప్పుడు వారికి హిందు సమాజ
విలువ తెలుస్తుంది , అలాగే మనం మన ఓటును హిందుత్వం కోసం పనిచేసే నాయకులకే
వేయాలని " మన ఓట్లు ప్రాంతం పేరుతొ , కులం పేరుతొ " విడిపోయినంత కాలం మన
రాజకీయ నాయకులు ముస్లింల గడ్డం దువ్వుతారని , ఈలాంటి పరిణామాల నుండి హిందు
దేశాన్ని రక్షించడానికి హిందు ఓటు బ్యాంకు నిర్మాణం చేయాలని ఆయన పిలుపు
నిచ్చారు.
మత
ప్రాతిపతిక రిజర్వేషన్లకు ఈ దేశంలోని హిందులకు ప్రాణ సంకటం గా మారాయని ,
ఇవి దేశ సమైక్యతకు భంగం కలిగిస్తాయి ఈ దేశం హిందువులది కాబట్టి హిందువులే ఈ
దేశ సమైక్యతను కాపాడుకోవాలి , ఈ రిజర్వేషన్లకు వ్యతిరేకంగా విశ్వ హిందు
పరిషద్ దేశవ్యాపితంగా ఒక ఉప్పెన లాంటి మహోద్యమాన్ని నిర్మాణం చేయబోతుందని ఆ
ధాటికి హిందు వ్యతిరేక శక్తులు నశించిపోవడం తధ్యమని ఆయన అన్నారు .

The Preamble of the Constitution as passed in 1950 read, ‘WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens:
రిప్లయితొలగించండిJUSTICE, social, economic and political.
LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship.
EQUALITY of status and opportunity, and to promote among all;
FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity of the Nation”
IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this 26/11/1949, do HEREBY ADOPT,
ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION’.
The words SOCIALIST & SECULAR were added by the Constitution (42nd Amendment) Act, 1976 i.e. by then PM Smt Indira Gandhi. However, the word Secular was not defined.
An attempt was made to define the word Secularism vide constitutional amendment 44. Quote page 929 of Indian Constitutional Law by M P Jain “CA42 had introduced into the preamble of the Constitution the terms ‘secular’ & ‘socialist’ without however defining or explaining the significance of these terms. CB45 sought to define these terms. ‘Secular Republic’ was defined to mean a ‘republic’ in which there is equal respect for all religions. This definition clause did not appear in CA44. The reason for this: the Janata Government had a large majority in the Lok Sabha but it was in a minority in the Rajya Sabha. While the Lok Sabha passed CB45 as a whole, a few clauses had to be omitted there from in the Rajya Sabha which was voted down by the Congress Party”.
Now what does the word Secular Mean?
1.The Oxford English Dictionary (OED Vol IX 1978) states that Secularism is the doctrine that morality should be based solely on regard to the well being of mankind in the present life to the exclusion of all considerations drawn from belief in God or in a future state.
1.Secular-
Spirit or tendency, especially a system of political or social philosophy that rejects all forms of religious faith and worship.
2.The view that public education and other matters of civil policy should be conducted without the introduction of a religious element.
Dr Radhakrishnan, former philosopher – scholar President of India, in his book ‘Recovery of Faith’ page 184. ‘When India is said to be a secular state, it does not mean that we reject the reality of the unseen spirit or the relevance of religion to life or that we exalt irreligion. It does not mean that secularism itself becomes a positive religion or that State assumes divine prerogatives. We hold that not one religion should be given preferential status’.
This is what ‘SECULAR’ is defined in the dictionary and by Dr. Radhakrishnan. MIM the party based purely on religion and the name of a religion in its name, with whose support the congress at the centre in power claims to be ‘SECULAR’. Contradicting the statement 2 above, how the government allows MADARSAS to flourish on one hand and ban singing of ‘VANDEMATARAM’ on the other hand? The hypocritical attitude of the Congress, which ruled this country for over 5 decades, is squarely responsible for the hatred among the communities and religions.
